  Capsule Super Broth is a culture medium, designed to be used for the mass cultivation of Escherichia coli . for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
